Julie Gallanty has over 30 years of experience as an executive director/CEO of several nonprofit organizations. Her diverse portfolio includes oversight and leadership in child development (early childhood through teenagers, adult programs (arts, fitness, aquatics, and adult learning), housing (transitional, hostels, and permanent), fundraising (annual, capital, and endowment), facility (building operations and upgrades), staff professional development, and board development.

She has expertise in all aspects of nonprofit leadership and organization. Her passion is to support staff and the organization in enhancing their impact in their community.
